The first manned rocket flight flown by Lagari Hasan Celebi in 1633 on the night that Sultan Murad IV’s daughter was born. After the flight he landed in the sea and swam back. It was indicated that his rocket had wings fitted to it as well!

Founded 6months after the discovery he made in kinetic space propulsion by Dr.Le Mwah
( who estimated space exploration can be conducted at less then 90% of the actual cost as well who quotes that we indeed have all the necessary tech, to do so but why are we halted in this respect by the people we elect into space agencies ?)
