Who Built The Moon?

Have you ever seen a spaceship when you were out for an evening stroll?
You may think not, but you may be wrong.
It's just possible that the moon is a spaceship. Don Wilson, author of
the best-selling book, 'Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon', thinks so, and
so do some scientists in the Soviet Union. Two members of the Soviet Academy
of Sciences have recently come up with the theory that the moon is a huge,
hollowed-out planetoid that was sent into orbit around our world billions
of years ago. They believe that the moon was hollowed out artificially,
which means that it was done by some intelligence.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KvMTCMYc5cc&NR=1

1909: W. W. Campbell of Lick Observatory, tries to measure water vapor in the Martian atmosphere using spectroscopy from an expedition to Mount Witney. Results are negative and he (correctly) concludes that the Martian atmosphere is extremely arid compared to the Earth.

1909 Camille Flammarion publishes the second volume of his encyclopaedia of Mars La Planète Mars et ses Conditions d'Habitabilité (Gauthier-Villars et Fils, Paris). Vol 2 (595 pages) contains 426 drawings and 16 maps from the period 1860 to 1901.

1911

An unfortunate dog, minding its own business in Nakhla, Egypt, is struck by part of a meteorite and killed. Later, in the 1980s, this meteorite is identified as one of a small group originating from Mars. There are currently 16 meteorites from Mars . These were formerly classed as "SNC meteorites", refering to the places where typical meteorites of their kind where found (Shergotty-Nakhla-Chassigny); however, now the term "Martian meteorites" is preferred because some recent meteorites, most notably the oldest one, ALH84001, cannot be accurately classified as SNC. What's certain, however, is that that dog was really unlucky.

1911 "Martians Build Two Immense Canals in Two Years" (New York Times, Aug 27)

1911: "Frost on Mars"--Lowell (New York Times, Nov 10)
Planum Boreum, Mar’s north polar cap contains water ice “of a very high degree of purity,” according to an international study. Using radar data from the SHARAD (SHAllow RADar) instrument on board the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO), French researchers say the data point to 95 percent purity in the polar ice cap. The north polar cap is a dome of layered, icy materials, similar to the large ice caps in Greenland and Antarctica, consisting of layered deposits, with mostly ice and a small amount of dust. Combined, the north and south polar ice caps are believed to hold the equivalent of two to three million cubic kilometers (0.47-0.72 million cu. miles) of ice, making it roughly 100 times more than the total volume of North America’s Great Lakes, which is 22,684 cu. kms (5,439 miles).

The study was done by researchers at France’s National Institute of Sciences of the Universe (Insu), using the Italian built SHARAD radar sounder on the US built MRO. SHARAD looks for liquid or frozen water in the first few hundreds of feet (up to 1 kilometer) of Mars’ crust by using subsurface sounding. It can detect liquid water and profile ice. <?

"It is He who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, all
(the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its orbit." (21:33)

4) Moon is reflected light of the sun:
"Blessed is He who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a lamp and
a moon reflecting light (25:61)

Celestial bodies tied to orbits:
"The sun and the moon follow courses exactly computed." (55:05)

23) Sun is source of light and Moon is just light:
"And made the moon a light in their midst and made the sun as a (Glorious) lamp."

AS indicated in this article, suggests the extend of Germany experiments in underground facilities .

PROGRESS AND DISCOVERY

Boring a Tunnel 9,000 Feet Up Completing a cogwheel railway up the
Zugspitz, highest peak in the German Alps, workmen are driving a tunnel
into the mountain at a height of 9,000 feet. Each day they travel to
their job by cableway. Above: The lofty tunnel entrance, looking from
within. At right: A view of the entrance in the mountain wall.

Hunts Leprosy Cure. The only woman scientist from America who is now
doing research work in the famous Pasteur Institute, Paris, France, is
Adele Cohen, of Newark, N. J. At present she is searching for a serum
for the cure of leprosy.

Through the Rocks. This view within the Zugspitz tunnel shows a crew
of workmen biting in the wall of solid rock with a pneumatic power
drill. Notice the horn at the waist of the man at the extreme right. He
uses it for signaling to other crews.

“Taken for a Ride.” Two of the workmen starting the descent by aerial
cable car from the mouth of the railway tunnel in the Zugspitz. The
railway will go nearly to the 9,722-foot summit.

Sun Baths for Miners. Men who work in the depths of an Idaho mine get
their share of sunlight in this special solarium. The miners, stripped
and wearing protective goggles, stand upon a moving platform which takes
one minute to travel in front of a battery of ultra-violet lamps.
